Due to the nature of our work, all services provided are based on time, strategy, intellectual property, and labor — therefore, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once work has commenced.
1. Non-Refundable Services

All payments made to 770 Socials — including deposits, retainers, or full payments — are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

Marketing, branding, or consulting services.

Strategy sessions or business development consulting.

Digital content creation, website development, or ad management.

Social media management or campaign services.
Each service involves time allocation, planning, and the transfer of strategic knowledge, which cannot be reversed once initiated.

2. Client Commitment
By engaging our services and making payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

Once work begins, refunds or cancellations cannot be issued.

If you decide to pause or terminate a project early, outstanding payments must still be completed per your contract.
3. Exceptions

The only exceptions to this policy are if 770 Socials, at its sole discretion, chooses to cancel a service prior to commencement and before any work has begun. In this case, a partial or full refund may be issued.

4. Disputes

We aim to maintain full transparency and communication with all clients. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at info@770socials.com within 7 days of your payment date. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
